CREATE SOMETHING TRULY UNIQUE
Have an idea for a bag, piece of gear, or sewn product you can’t find anywhere else? I work directly with customers, designers, and small businesses to turn specific needs and early ideas into thoughtfully made, functional products.
Past projects have included school backpacks, baby carriers, ultrarunning packs, travel bags, outdoor gear, and updated versions of well-loved bags that are no longer available. Whether you want to customize one of my existing designs or develop something completely new, we’ll work together to find the right materials, features, and construction for the way it will actually be used.
CUSTOM BAGS
Start with one of my existing designs or create something entirely new. We’ll talk through what you need to carry, how you want to use the bag, and which features matter most. From dimensions and pocket placement to materials, colors, and hardware, every detail will be considered to create a bag that works for you.
CORPORATE GIFTS
Give clients, employees, or event guests something useful and made to last. I offer small-batch custom bags and accessories that can be tailored with selected materials, colors, labels, or branded details. PROTOTYPING
Have a product idea but need help making it real? I can turn sketches, reference images, or a written concept into a functional sewn prototype. The process can include material recommendations, construction planning, testing, and revisions to help refine the idea before moving into production.
REPAIRS
A damaged zipper, worn strap, or torn seam doesn’t always mean the end of a favorite bag. I evaluate repair projects individually and can often replace hardware, reinforce worn areas, or repair damaged construction. Send a few clear photos and a description of the problem, and I’ll let you know what may be possible.
SAMPLE & PATTERN MAKING
I create patterns and sewn samples for designers, makers, and small brands developing soft goods. Starting with a sketch, reference product, or early prototype, I can help refine the shape, proportions, materials, and construction into a repeatable design.
Services can include pattern development, an initial sewn sample, fit and construction revisions, and a finalized pattern suitable for future sampling or production.
TECH PACKS
A clear tech pack helps communicate your design accurately to a sample maker or manufacturer. I can document your product with technical drawings, measurements, materials, hardware, construction details, and other specifications needed for sampling and production.
Tech packs can be created for an existing sample or developed alongside the pattern-making and prototyping process.
